Videos uploaded to social media and circulated by pro-Russian war bloggers indicated that up to 12 missiles struck a target believed to be a command headquarters in the village of Maryno, the first confirmed use of British weapons on Russian soil during the war. Ukrainian media reported that the site may have been used by North Korean and Russian officers.
Unconfirmed images distributed via the Telegram messaging app appeared to show fragments of the missile at a location in the Kursk region. One weapons expert, Trevor Ball, formerly of the US army, said the images circulating did show Storm Shadow fragments, though he could not verify if they were current or old pictures.

Trump assassination attempt: FBI identifies Pennsylvania rally shooter as Thomas Matthew Crooks, exact motive unknown
Two people have been killed and two remain in a critical condition after a suspected attempt on Donald Trump's life at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania.
One of the dead is 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, who the FBI said fired several shots in the former US president's direction from a rooftop on a property next to the rally.
Mr Trump was also injured in the incident, and could be seen bleeding from the ear as he was rushed from the stage by the Secret Service, pausing to raise a fist in the air as his supporters chanted "USA, USA!".
The FBI is investigating the shooting, and the Secret Service is facing questions from congressional leaders as to how a man with a rifle was able to get into a position with a clear line of sight to the former president.

What’s been your biggest fashion crime to date?
I’m from New Jersey so everything I have done has been a fashion crime. Everything that has been made fun of my whole life is now in vogue. My long acrylic nails that I’ve had since 1990 were made fun of; now everybody wants six-inch nails. I love being tacky. But again, now tacky is in vogue. I have made more fashion mistakes than anybody I know, and I will continue to do so because I’m just being me.
