Currently, no one. The contract ended this past January. Goldsky has continued to host our subgraphs for free while crafting this proposal. To give you an idea of costs, we were paying $1,350/month for unlimited queries and priority support.
Looking at current usage statistics, the 'prod' Nouns subgraph endpoint has received 3.36M API requests in the past month.
