Before the match against Leipzig, Vincent Kompany was constantly asked the same question: how could he possibly leave Michael Olise on the bench?
The Bayern coach explained it with rotation:
“We have three games in six days, then another three in January. I need everyone, otherwise we won’t cope.
Michael will most likely come on in the second half and play an important role in the match.”
Couldn’t have put it better. A goal and three assists in half an hour! He completely turned a game in which Leipzig were playing very well.
Union Berlin, who Bayern face on Wednesday, are officially on alert.
