Rodri’s return hasn’t gone smoothly. At the weekend he was completely taken out of the game by Michael Carrick’s smart game plan; yesterday against Bodø he lost 6 of 7 duels and picked up two yellow cards in just 53 seconds.
Bad timing: City haven’t won a Premier League match since December 27 (three draws and a loss), while Arsenal are already seven points clear at the top.
