Chartjs, Recharts, mui charts all suck. Lightweight charts is just about okay, but not wonderful.... even Uniswap just forked lightweight because it couldn't do what they wanted. 

Vue.js builder? Good luck! There aren't any charts for you.

I kind of like that Vue let's you access the DOM more easily so you can just write your own D3 though
