ired of procrastinating? 👋 There's a technique called the 10-Minute Rule. Got a task you’re avoiding? Tell yourself, “I’ll just work on this for 10 minutes, and then I’ll take a break.” Chances are, by the time those 10 minutes are up, you’ll be so into it that you won’t want to stop.

Take care of your eyes! the radiation from gadgets affects our circadian rhythms. we get a lot of light, which makes our biological clocks think it’s still daytime, even at night, and as a result, we don’t produce enough melatonin for a good night’s sleep. ❗️If you’re worried about your vision and feel your eyes getting tired after a day on the computer or smartphone, here are some tips to follow: 🔹The 20-20-20 rule says that after 20 minutes of screen time, you should look at something 20 feet (about 6 meters) away for 20 seconds. 🔹Adjust your workspace so that your eyes are about 50 cm away from the screen. Position the screen so you’re looking slightly down at it. 🔹Use a matte filter on your screen to reduce glare. 🔹Use moisturizing eye drops when your eyes feel too dry.

How to Make Weekends Actually Feel Like Weekends Time management rules apply not just to weekdays but also to weekends. You need to plan your downtime too, so here are some simple tips: 1. Leave Work Behind: Never bring work into your weekends. Use this time solely for relaxing and spending time with family and friends. 2. Get Moving: It’s super important for your overall well-being (not just muscle health) to stay active. So, make sure to plan some fun physical activities for your weekends. 3. Listen to Yourself: Everyone has their own way of unwinding. Some people love going for walks, while others prefer being cozy at home like a "couch potato." Do what feels right for you! 4. Create Your Own Weekend Rituals: Maybe you and your family can start a tradition of feeding the ducks at the park every weekend. Give it a try!

How to Stop Being Late? Being late can come off as disorganized and disrespectful. I’ve got a few tips for you that will help you "take control" of your time and be on time everywhere: 1. To cut down on your morning prep time, it’s best to get your clothes and bag ready the night before. 2. If you’re tackling a task for the first time and aren’t sure how long it’ll take, plan for about 20% more time than you think you’ll need. 3. Leave for your meetings 15 minutes early; there’s always a chance of unexpected situations popping up. 4. Set all your clocks and devices 5 minutes ahead, including your car. Value and cherish your time ⏰ and the time of those around you!

6. Do What You Love! Turn your hobbies into work. When you’re doing something you enjoy, it doesn’t feel like a chore. 7. Take Action! If you don’t start using these methods, just knowing about them won’t help at all! 😉

4. Make a Plan Every morning, grab a notebook and write down what you want to accomplish that day. Having a plan makes it easier to get started! 5. Find Your Motivation Ask yourself: "What am I doing to live the life I really want?" Reflecting on this can give you the push you need.

2. Get Moving! Do some push-ups, pull-ups, squats, or crunches. You can also wake yourself up with a quick cold shower—your body will get the energy boost it needs! 3. Do Nothing 🙅 Just sit there and do absolutely nothing. Don’t watch TV, don’t listen to music, don’t read—N-O-T-H-I-N-G! It’s a great way to clear your mind.

Biohacking - First Steps👣 My journey into biohacking started with counting the steps I take in a day. Modern science suggests that you should aim for at least 6,000 steps daily, and regularly hitting 10,000 steps is linked to good physical fitness. To combat a sedentary lifestyle, doing 30 minutes of exercise five times a week is also a great option. I regularly monitor my heart rate and keep track of my sleep quality.

With my girlfriends we started a spring challenge to introduce healthy habits. It's been a week already. I want to share the results. 1. Early rising at 8:00 2. Contrast showers or dousing 3. Charge for 10 minutes 4. Facial massage for 20 minutes 5. 5000 steps minimum. 6. A minimum of 30 minutes of sport 7. Reading a book of 20 pages 8. English 20 minutes 9. Go to bed before 24:00 It works for me except for early rising and early waste to bed.

Freelance time management: how to have time to live Freelancers with experience are often so sucked in by work that you are immersed in it 24/7.
