Remember that iconic scene from Forrest Gump where he’s running through the water and Jenny calls out to him? That was filmed at the Reflecting Pool in Washington D.C. Such a magical place with all those monuments around. The water is so still it creates the most perfect mirror effect. Definitely a must-visit if you’re ever in the city.
