I've launched multiple (5+) shows; released/overseen 800+ episodes; advised countless shows and trained many creators; built multiple chart-topping podcasts -- as showrunner I took the a16z pod from thousands to many millions, into the top 1% of all pods:)
[given the very long tail in podcasting, most pods barely hit 10K per episode and that's at top end -- but head of tail (1%) is those who break 100K per episode; when I was done, the show was hitting 200K per top episodes (these are real stats bc we use an IAB-certified platform with higher rigor counting listens;)]
I always want to know the answer to this question: which is why, *specifically*, generative art has found its native format & true "home" on blockchains? (even while predating blockchains by several decades) [i've been gathering lots of answers; will add my thoughts too!]
