Just reviewed a finance request for approval with a headshots company to supply profile headshots for all employees. Employee uploads 15-20 photos of themself and in return they get variations of an AI headshot and can adjust what they're wearing and the background. Once the employee selects which headshot they want, the headshots company is smart enough to send them four variations of that headshot to keep (versions for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). It includes a link to a 7-Day free trial for their family members. The contract size was considerable based on our headcount, but significant cost savings vs giving employees stipend for an annual in person headshot. Showed our head of finance how to do this for himself in 5 minutes on nano banana/Gemini Create w a decent prompt, resulting in deal declined, and an email sent out to all employees with a specific prompt and guidance on how to generate a professional AI headshot.
