The machine isn't actually the hardest part of building a factory. The machine is just the most visible part. Before it can produce anything, you need: - the right layout - enough power - dust extraction - material flow - installation - service and spare parts - people who can actually run it We’re learning this while trying to move Bright Home from partner-based production toward our own automated manufacturing setup. The more I look into it, the more I realize that buying the machine is only one part of the problem. Anyone here who has built or scaled physical production - what did you underestimate the most?
