Great update! As I noted in my cast from earlier this week, Lummis-Gillibrand would also (i) extend the constructive sale rules to digital assets, (ii) narrow the definition of digital assets in sec. 6045, and (iii) repeal sec. 6050I reporting of digital assets transfers over $10k.
