Week 3 — Updates & Priorities Week 3 was execution-heavy. We shifted from setup to servicing — compounding real tokens, building GTM frameworks & planning capital formation for our portfolio companies. While setup is still not complete, builders always take priority. Active Clients • $CODY — Token model finalized; ecosystem integration underway. • LIKES.FUN ($LIKES) — Token & revenue models in planning. • DEN.SHOW — GTM and community rollout in planning. Two new proposals are in motion, with 30+ founders in the funnel. Our focus is quality of service over volume as we refine Partner coordination & prepare to scale to 100 in the Council Network. Operations & Treasury • Partner allocations begin transferring this week. • Treasury segmentation & contract references will be published publicly next week. • NAV Dashboard in planning — full transparency of holdings, wallets & vesting coming soon (+the first $SKY product??). 🏰 Treasury has begun consolidating client tokens; $SKY exposure now spans 16% of total Base token supply across four tokens & three projects. Distribution & Liquidity We’re designing joint distribution campaigns with clients to expand $SKY’s holder base — targeted, incentive-aligned & builder-first. Our approach remains deliberate: “We don’t optimize for speculation. We compound productive assets.” Liquidity expansion will be incremental — focused on onboarding conviction holders & founders aligned with Skycastle’s long-term model & vision. Capital Formation The Capital Formation Program is underway — connecting founders to angels and VCs across & beyond our Network. We’re now mapping out: • 10–20 warm VC intros per client • Deck + pitch support • Full Q&A and funding prep flow Program targeted for post-traction projects (~6–12 months into incubation). We build with you from day one, then help you scale. Next Priorities • Complete Partner allocation transfers and publish onchain contracts. • Service $CODY, $likes, and DEN through launch milestones. • Finalize next two client agreements. • Begin coordinated SKY + client distribution campaigns. • Deploy NAV Dashboard (target: ~4 weeks). • Announce Council Cohort #1 and formal incentive structure. Skycastle exists to build & compound productive assets. Our model is working — the pipe is hot, the funnel is full & every week adds measurable NAV growth. 21 days. 16%.
