It’s ok and totally valid. Your feelings matter and can be wondrous indicators. Without sadness, how could we know joy? What a wonderful time to be present with yourself and have the sentience to understand your feelings as well as the courage to express them publicly. You are a gem and an inspiration in so many ways.
