It really makes you think hard.
But, what if this is no company from the start? What if there is an immaculate conception of a decentralized collective from moment zero?
I think back to our days at DXdao - we did not have any of these issues (we had some other issues as a DAO, but not these). There was never a question of did the company or the DAO own the products.
DXdao made decisions with a decentralized-first mentality. The full DAO fully owned its protocols and its front-ends. It focused on building "unconquerable products".
With unconquerable products, there are no centralized points of failure.
