Channels will become an obvious focus soon Better channel design and curation tools could be a great way to attract small networks of highly curated content

two main implications come to mind for me: 1. more group chats / channel-esque features for real time updates; less home feed 2. more of a “pull” UX for historical updates; less “push” unpacking point 2: content today is pushed to us in FYP and i think content tomorrow will be pulled via LLM request (“what’d six post about this week?”) if you want to stay in the know in real time → your group chat(s) will have the highlights if you want to expand beyond your bubble → LLM tools will make it easier to pull out the content you want from the network you’re part of

the group chat era isn't over but it is changing, 'curation' is a slop word edging towards being meaningless

Now that the Yapp Dapps have taken over X, it’s straight garbage. This is the only future.

We’ve been thinking about this a lot. “Creator platforms” have been bubbling for a while, but there really might be a need to have a service that aggregates and indexes human creators. Vaguely, I think it’s a cycle back to early Internet; at least for a section of people. But we want to be able to highlight subject matter experts as they get buried in the data crawling of AIO.
