yes, and it might be rooted in the Shamrock Org Model from the 1980s: few core employees, with many rings of contributors. hierarchy will be replaced with a spider-web like structure: radiant lines are like skills/profession and concentric rings symbol proximity to the core PnL value drivers. AI will kill many white collars (every strategy/HR department on it) Blockchain rails will make orgs obsolete and most managers (my clients cannot see this)
