to me sora feels like a chatgpt moment where ai video on its own is not that insane, sora video quality is not that much crazier than the incumbents (similar to how gpt-3 was out for a while before chatgpt but didn't take off for consumers). cameo feature feels like the "chat interface" equivalent shift to me that will create a lot more explosion of creativity making it beyond just slop videos that people are desensitized to (e.g. the reaction to meta vibes app)
