I took lessons at Locals pre COVID and enjoyed it. Had an ex chemical engineer as my teacher.

I don’t use Locals as a local (lol) because they make you pay for a full year of locker storage and I only surf NYC in the summer.

have you taken their lessons / would you recommend if so? have been once before but essentially beginner

I do! My shop/lockers/shower place is boarders.
