Tokens can be a business model but not in most market contexts out the gate. The “lie” is tokenizing from day 1. You don’t know enough about your own market to model incentives that make sense. A lot of us (myself included) over designed or over engineered projects so they felt substantial—build a core feedback loop that can function w/o speculative financial pressure and maybe you’ll have a better arc to escape velocity. Most businesses fail anyway so try, cut your losses, try again, and so on until you get a win. But don’t rely on token fees to carry you.

Im at a bar and someone said they should bring back social shame (it should just be shame but w/e) and then proceeded to say “I don’t want to see people making out at the bar” “I don’t want to see people salsa dancing at 5am” To me, they hate fun lmfao idk how you could go “booo” unless you hate fun

This year has been incredulously difficult. When you lose you either snap out of it or you let it drag you down. Not going to lie, I was falling farther into it as the months went on and maybe this is Rock Bottom or the new bottom. I never really thought that your worst nightmare was fixed, you can live through a few of them. Anyway, the year is almost done and yet I don’t think I’ve really learned anything new. But maybe I stopped the loop on some lessons. Guess we’ll have to see next season if I snapped out of it.
