Found this very interesting. https://x.com/rish_neynar/status/2016530380690460862?s=20 Curious whats happening w/ those fees accrued during this time. Would have thought revenue would be going into an escrow account during closing. A lot more questions on deal points and valuations now (prob will never get that info publicly) @rish are you aware if fees are continuing into buybacks or what plan is during closing of deal?
