For US folks: when I moved to the US 4.5 years ago, I've only eaten gluten free bread (because my ex-wife is celiac). Been trying regular breads and not really enjoying it... Do you have a favorite brand from a favorite store? (You never really stop being an immigrant. πŸ˜…)

Breadico (based in Sioux Falls) has amazingggg sourdough that is friendly to people w/ gluten sensitivities per their labeling. Not sure if they sell their bread in other states but I’m sure there are other local bread shops that do similar things πŸ˜‹

Sometimes you can find frozen breads which have fewer ingredients and are truer to old world recipes. But bakeries are still best. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
