Took the night off and ended up watching the CZ vs. Peter Schiff debate just under an hour, worth a casual watch. And honestly… I was surprised. CZ had a rough performance. Idk if it was the language barrier or just burnout from nonstop appearances, but the debate flow completely slipped away from him.
I always assumed CZ played the awkward-tech-guy role on purpose, backed by a sharp team handling the real finance and narrative work. But tonight, he kept getting pulled into Schiff’s rhythm, couldn’t control the conversation, and left big openings in his own arguments. Classic issue for IT folks who move into business: great minds, but when the structure breaks, the delivery breaks too.
What stood out even more was the confusion between BTC, blockchain tech, money, and reserve assets. Every time he tried to build a point, he unintentionally opened a weak spot that Schiff jumped on instantly. It didn’t feel like a well-prepped strategy.
