Real answer — it’s kind of like a network state where everyone either knows each other or is 1-2 degrees of separation away Unsure if this will hold as it scales, but because growth has been slow and steady, the ethos / values seem to keep holding Founders are also long term people who have inculcated this culture

It was refreshing at first. But then I found it way less engaging and boring. Anything too one sided gets boring fast. Not saying you need hate, but you at least need people willing to disagree and have a constructive conversation.
