If only the effects of chiropractic adjustments remained forever, your body would be a lighter vessel to inhabit. But some chiros are sus and the adjustments don’t hold for long. So you gotta just work on it on your own long term.

The reason bone setting doesn’t persist is because the fascia eventually moves the muscles and bones to the patterened places To have long term changes, you have to reset the fascia. For me, Rolfing and self myofascial release have been miraculous

I’m paranoid about chiros now. Have heard a few horror stories including one coworker who had his neck cracked and later had a stroke (doctor’s believe that was the cause)

The feeling after seeing a chiro is amazing, but yeah, it lasts such a small amount of time that it feels like it isn't worth it. As someone with constant neck pain, I need something a little more long term
