Circle acquisition of Interop Labs explicitly excludes the Axelar Foundation and the AXL token, meaning holders get no benefit. This is the misalignment @rainbow aims to fix.
With $RNBW, token holders are directly aligned with the company’s success. The Rainbow Foundation holds 20% of Rainbow’s equity via a new Class F share class on behalf of $RNBW holders.
If Rainbow is acquired, that stake is liquidated and proceeds are distributed to token holders.
