In Mexico, on January 6th we eat the Rosca de Reyes, but mine was “adulterated” — it had a bunch of little figurines inside. Some people think that means good luck, and others don’t, because whoever gets the figurines is supposed to bring tamales on February 2nd. Do you have a similar tradition in your country?
