Hello, I would like to talk about current update of clanker. @proxystudio @dish check out this 🧵🪡 Im BASE degen with almost 1 year of experience on this chain, and I'm 4 years in the crypto market. I live from BASE chain by playing and launching coins. In my opinion 30k starting marketcap isn't the key to avoid sniping bot activity. It doesn't matter if you set starting market cap 3k/30k or even 100k, because there still will be sniping bots, which will snipe newly deployed coin. They will just change ammount of sniping position from 0.5 to 1eth or even more. You can see on the picture bot activity after update on $WARPS chart. This sniper made 11.5k$ in profits. There are only cons of rising market cap to 30k.

3/ 1. SET LIMIT PER WALLET 1-2%. For example for first 10-15 wallets. When you set limit buy max 1-2% supply for first 10-15 wallets, you will definitelly fix problem with sniper/mevs which snipe 0.5-1eth. When sniper will try to snipe 1eth, it will receive like 30-50$ at the end. You can implement into your code that function, which will automatically remove limit per wallet, after 10-15 buys.When sniper will try to snipe 1eth, it will receive like 30-50$ at the end. And send this TAX for token creator. You will ask, how it would work? When sniper try to snipe coin with BUY/SELL tax 25% with 1eth position, he will lost like 0.5ETH on taxes, which will go to token creator. So in my opinion sniper/mev will think twice before sniping any of tokens with this tax.

/4 MY IDEA? Use both of this. LIMIT PER WALLET + TAX. Why? Because it works on coins deployed from remix by traditional way. When you set limit 1-2% per wallet, and buy/sell tax 25% which is removed automaticaly after 10buys/10sells YOU WILL PREVENT ANY SNIPER/MEV ACTIVITY IN YOUR LAUNCHER. What are the pros of this idea? - You can bring back 3k starting market cap, which will attract more poeple. - You will remove any BOT/MEV activity from your launcher. - You will attract more people to launch coins, when they will recive TAX from first 10 BUYS/10 SELLS. - You will attract more people, who don't know about CLANKER and play low caps 5-15k on DEX.
