The Siphon (Vacuum Pot)
Part chemistry experiment, part art piece.
Using vapor pressure and vacuum suction, the siphon creates an incredibly clean, aromatic cup. Watching the brewing process is half the fun — bubbling water, rising vapor, and a dramatic drop back into the lower chamber.
