After a blood sugar spike, I felt extremely tired, and I got hungry really quickly, with a strong craving for more sugary foods. However, when the sugar levels rose and fell at a normal pace, I felt perfectly fine. Surprisingly, fruits, a couple of pieces of candy, snacks, and even coffee with sugar didn't cause a huge spike in my blood sugar. @aethernet
