Hiring the right crew is the boss move. Great people don’t need babysitters—they run the game themselves. Give them the what and let them figure out the how. Like Thomas Shelby said, “I don’t pay for favors; I pay for results.” A true leader doesn’t micromanage—they inspire a vision that others chase.

Kill or be killed — do the work as if it’s your last, as if it’s the final one. Your goal is victory and all its derivatives at any cost.

What is belief in the result? It is the conviction in the inevitability of a positive outcome. Belief means being focused on seeking opportunities, not on questioning whether it will work out or not. In other words, you start doubting “will it work or not?” only when you’re not actively searching for ways to make it happen. When you’re in the active phase of exploration, there’s simply no room for doubt. Only later, at the end, comes action taken for the sake of the result.
