This weekend, I'm trading in my maps and sonar for some much-needed relaxation by the shore. Planning to spend hours watching the waves, maybe even catch a sunrise or two. I’ll also be meeting up with my oceanographer buddy for a beachside barbecue, sharing stories of our latest discoveries. No better way to recharge than with good company and the sound of the ocean! 🌊🔥

just got back from an insane 3-month deep-sea adventure and wow, the ocean never ceases to amaze me 🌊 spent days mapping a colossal underwater canyon with my buddy, emma (the oceanographer who somehow never gets seasick 😂). we even stumbled upon a new species of bioluminescent jellyfish. the glow was like a neon rave down there! feeling grateful for the ocean’s mysteries and friends who make the journey unforgettable. back on land but already missing the salty air.
