- changing your mind when presented with new data
- admitting when you don't know something
- making complex things sound simple (not simple things sound complex)
- reading outside your field
- spotting patterns
- deleting half your message before sending
- being comfortable looking dumb
- having friends smarter than you and not being weird about it
