CZ has not yet been jailed. He is awaiting notice from the Probation or Pretrial Services Office. The Bureau of Prisons needs to determine whether a specific cell in a particular prison is suitable for him. They have been conducting statutory reviews to assess the appropriateness for Zhao's individual circumstances.
