People criticising $MSTR for “overpaying” miss the point entirely.
Saylor isn’t buying price. He’s buying liquidity at scale in $BTC OTC.
The worse the perceived execution, the tighter the underlying market actually is.
Thin liquidity + price insensitive buyer = elastic band pulled harder.
Eventually it pings upward.
