If it’s happening on both mobile and web, it’s probably not a device issue.
You could try:
• Disconnecting and reconnecting your wallet
• Clearing cache / doing a hard refresh
• Switching network or RPC
• Logging out and logging back in
I’ve seen similar issues when a mini-app’s backend or API is partially down, especially after updates.
If none of this helps, reporting it directly to the mini-app devs with logs might be the best move.
