I think we're in a new phase of product development. Companies are now putting their partially complete products in front of customers at the very moment that any value is delivered and continue building them out right in front of them. I like the removal of the curtain between the backstage and the front, but don't like it when they try to charge full price when it's clearly incomplete. #product
