Do you prefer mountains or beaches? Why?
Beaches anyday. There’s just something unbelievably relaxing about seeing water every morning, and hearing the waves crashing against shore. I almost exclusively vacation to warm places with beaches.
And I say that as someone who lives in Florida.
Mountains are beautiful, but it tends to be cold up at altitude which I don’t enjoy. Back when I could ski it was more fun.
That said, you can have both. Some mountains have streams and aren’t freezing all the time. Hawaii has incredible mountains right on the beach:
