Hey @matthew did you ever find a solution to this? I found that the core issue lies with @vercel/og but also haven't found a straightforward way to remove the max-age of one year. Kinda wild that @vercel/og is seemingly preventing us from removing these directives lol https://www.npmjs.com/package/@vercel/og
