SLEEP GUIDE:
🔵Put away your phone at least an hour before bed. The screen produces blue light, which destroys melatonin, the sleep hormone
🔵Drink magnesium. Magnesium calms and helps improve sleep
🔵Don't drink coffee after lunch and don't eat after 6. The effect of caffeine won't wear off by the evening, and digesting food takes a lot of energy
🔵Exercise. When you have a sedentary lifestyle, there's nowhere to spend your energy and it becomes more difficult to fall asleep
🔵Fresh air before bed. Be sure to ventilate the room before bed, this really helps you fall asleep faster and better and get a normal, human-quality sleep
