I 100% agree @coopahtroopa.eth. I've been drink-free for nearly a year (348 days according to my app). Benefits I've seen: 1. I can do anything without thinking about where I will get a beer (sporting events, movies, etc.) 2. Better complection, fitness, and digestion. 3. Spend WAAYYY less money eating out.
