Some people think decentralization is abstract, but here’s how I frame it: imagine your phone number worked only with one carrier. If you switched providers, you’d lose it. Crazy, right? That’s exactly how social media works now. Farcaster fixes this. Your “number” (identity) works across apps. Switch providers as you like—your connections stay intact. Once you see it that way, the old system looks ridiculous.
