The bit about updating the land tax to change the landlords game is the best idea in the mix. With how heavily boomers/corporate America invested in land/houses for their security in old age means that this proposal won’t see serious consideration anytime soon.

I agree, especially if you train up an AI with your own artistic style(s). There needs to be legal protection and AI security that allows creators to protect themselves from the copy+paste culture. AI should be a scalable way to increase the skill of incredible artists, and help everyone become an artist. 👏
