Big personal news: I joined @ensdomains to supercharge developer relations! ⚑ ENS is already fundamental infrastructure for Ethereum, and it has the potential to become the naming layer for everything onchain with Namechain and ENSv2. Nobody uses IP addresses to browse the web, why should crypto be different? Every smart contract should resolve through ENS. Every token transfer should use human-readable names (yes, with privacy via stealth addresses). My goal: One-line ENS integration for your stack, zero cryptic addresses for your users πŸͺ„ Building with ENS? My DMs are open πŸ’¬ or see you in Cannes at @ethcc πŸ‡«πŸ‡·πŸ˜Ž

@gigamesh https://x.com/gigamesh/status/1848774415376593139?s=46, happy to give Farcaster another try actually. My relationship with social media in general is complicated.

Not bad. It seems like tightly coupled with Anvil. But replacing my local hardhat node with Anvil was pretty straight forward. It does not work on MetaMask, but it seems like I can adapt to using Chrome for development. Thanks for the recommendation.

Ah right. Bummer. I used to contribute to that one back in the days: https://github.com/floating/frame/commit/20cf02e2f24f3b86e519d8293ca05553a1fb0824

Which is the best wallet for development? I tried: - Metamask: Very cumbersome to work with multiple seed phrases - Rainbow Wallet: Great to have multiple seed phrases but I was not able to set custom nonce which is crucial for a local dev chain - Rabby: No support for Firefox which is my dev browser - ???

if you look at the numbers, the reality is stark: we are <1% of the way to bringing the world onchain. we won't achieve our mission by thinking short term or operating with a zero sum mindset. only thing that matters is building and growing onchain use cases that "just work."

Especially to tinker around with smart contracts, Scaffold-ETH 2 is amazing. The frontend is pretty opinionated though. But once learned, it also enables fast prototyping.
