What if zkSync takes the final Layer0 sybil list, revokes the $ZK allocation from all those wallets, and redistributes the tokens to:
a) bottom 50% of wallets with small allocations
b) wallets that aren't currently eligible but that made BIG contributions to zksync ecosystem
