Why is repetition the basis of learning?
Effective training is based not on volume, but on repetition.
Information heard once rarely turns into action. The first acquaintance with the material is always superficial, only simple elements that lie on the surface are absorbed. To turn knowledge into a skill, you need to return to it again.
Each new cycle allows you to notice what was previously outside the attention, because not all advice is ready to be heard from the first time. Some require time, others personal defeat, others dozens of repetitions to finally become obvious.
Therefore, simple words are not always enough. A person can agree, nod, even write down a rule, but not accept it. True understanding is born only when the council meets personal experience. And at this moment, what seemed to be a formality turns into a personal rule.
The essence of endless learning is not to constantly chase the next advice, but to one day hear the old advice as if for the first time.
