i dislike the current trend of "grinding for our dreams" cliche
do that 90 days challenge, become the person you are SUPPOSED to be, all this inspirational talk to truly signal that our current version is incompetent.
A systematic effort to further perpetuate distorted narratives by manipulating our need of acceptance. (which is a normal and valid need in the default installation folder of being a human)
this inorganic push to be performative at every single thing is robbing us from devoting ourselves into rituals. Not being constantly fragmented and being present means we are reclaiming our power, and that is a threat to the agenda after all.
before chasing, its good to know WHY and WHAT we are chasing. not with all those extra layers on top, but stripped down at its core without all the flashy advertising.
this requires a game of interrogation (hopefully playful yet honest) with ourselves
i keep asking "and why is that?" after every answer until it exhausts me. digging deeper and deeper until i stumble on truth. when i feel clueless about what is my truth, i try my best to trust my body to show me. the body never lies, our subconscious speaks through it
this is def better said than done, but it's worth a try to sit with ourselves and try and be honest about what is truly ours, what is not and what would truly cover our needs.
most of the times we don't need to add more, but to start dissecting, dissolving and see what we are left with
