in the last few months it’s replaced so much for me, but I point directly to it helping me to lead a healthier life and taking the right supplements (not yet a doctor, but damn close). reduced my blood pressure to around 120-125/70-75

I hadn't felt great lately and had noticed my blood pressure was high (avg 140/90 - with medication). I shared my current health information from my apple watch/phone & asked it to analyze my current multivitamin and look for opportunities for improvement in my blood pressure. It took a while to hone in the proper supplements. here's the daily pills that it recommended (along with a 3oz danimals smoothie from sam's club and my bp prescription). it provided me links directly to amazon for the products. ordered them all and now my bp is down substantially (to low 120s/low70s). 1️⃣ Force Factor Total Beets (2) 2️⃣ MCT Oil Softgel (1-3000 mg) 3️⃣ Magnesium Glycinate (1-500 mg) 4️⃣ CoQ10 (1-200 mg) 5️⃣ Omega-3 (3-1000 mg) 6️⃣ Multivitamin (1-Sam's Club) I can't attribute it all to the vitamins, as I also started working out 30 minute a day and have since added apple fitness+ (which I can't say enough great things about), but I do feel that these had a direct impact on my bp (cont)

I'll share that this is far more pills than I have ever taken and I will continue to analyze and revise over time, but I'm fine to take this amount if it makes me more healthy and makes me feel better (even if I laugh about how many pills there are.) 😀 If you have any more questions or want the links lmk.

I’d love the links! This is pretty awesome. I take a bunch of vitamins from japan so I’d love to compare the ingredients and see what I’m missing and add that in!
