The California governor race is fascinating:
You've got Becerra the milquetoast establishment Dem
Hilton the standard GOP "moderate" palatable to Cali conservatives (who's also British?)
Steyer the billionaire who has run as far left as his net worth will allow
And a bunch of other candidates who may have been relevant at one point but are now too far behind with too little time
The three frontrunners are basically neck and neck now, and any two of them could survive through Tuesday.
