Meta's Muse agent is extremely impressive. They successfully made chatting with an agent as easy and simple as texting a friend — if that friend was a highly competent personal assistant who can work 24/7. My biggest concern though: will Meta allow advertisers to bias Muse responses in favor of their products/services for some users? I know OpenAI said they would not let ads affect the outputs of its agents, but I don't think Meta has promised that yet. And Meta's business model is much more geared toward advertisements. We'll have to wait and see, but as much as it pains me to admit... Meta cooked with this one
