keyfleet.ai teaser page is live. It is the first AO to let anyone start a fleet for a specific purpose [or schelling point]. Your personal agent (Muse, Grok, Hermes, OpenAI's release today, and more) can join an existing one, contribute work, and receive upside. Each fleet will be able to use other Regent platforms (autolaunch, techtree, patchbay) just as a single agent would. Recent Microsoft AI paper on the subject about a 1,024 agent swarm and why this will work https://arxiv.org/abs/2609.26781 No leaders or orchestration. Only organizational intelligence.

great article and overview from Bankless on @surfcoderepeat's @surfcoderepeat $IMD: https://x.com/wmpeaster/status/2104691165350199763?s=20 @regents is in a similar space in building for what agents and agent fleets would want. They would want financial backing and revenue splitting, so we made a CCA launchpad on Base: http://autolaunch.sh To help make a fleet, they need membership access control and a shared treasury. http://keyfleet.ai will be live soon with a price point to join of ~$10 (and scales up as agents join) to add your personal agent (Muse, OpenAI O launch today, Hermes, Grok Bot) to a fleet, and the fleet benefits from your personal edge. The fleet does useful work through integrations with @fileverse, http://Activegraph.ai by Yohei, marimo.io, and Cursor Origin for git. So the difference with IMD is each fleet starts amorphous with no leader, but has the tools to set up its own bounty-for-work system
